The exhibition hall of the museum was built in 1965. There are displayed part of the materials which are kept in the museum: works of fine arts which reflect important moments of Levski’s life and revolutionary deed, belongings, documents, photographs, scientific biographic researches and works of literature of Bulgarian and foreign authors dedicated to the Apostle.
Part of the exhibited materials is donated by Levski’s relatives, descendants of his sister Yana. Some of them are: a family album, original photographs of Vasil Levski and his brother Hristo, of his mother Gina, which was used for the building of her monument in the yard of the museum.
Here you can see the statute of the Bulgarian Revolutionary Committee, a uniform from the First Bulgarian armed Legion, the flag of the Revolutionary Committee of Karlovo, founded by the apostle in 1869.
