Chardaklieva House is located next to Vasil Levski’s house of birth. The family of Levski’s aunt Dona Chardaklieva, who was the sister of Gina Kuncheva, lived there. The house was built in 1840.
It was reconstructed in 1994-1996 with funds from the NEF “13 centuries of Bulgaria” under a project of architect Maria Karazlateva. Today it is part of the museum facilities. Its entrance is located here.
In Chardaklieva House the visitors can buy postcards, souvenirs, scientific and fiction books about Vasil Levski and Karlovo.
